Export Documentation - Working closely with our Couriers, we have become very knowledgeable on all documentation required to accompany each shipment. Properly completed export documents help speed up the clearance through customs.

- Sourcing - We are constantly evaluating new suppliers to ensure the lowest pricing and confirmed stock availability. GulfLink's office is located near most major technology manufacturers so we can fulfill your orders quickly to help meet project deadlines and commitments to your clients. Aside from procuring the latest technologies, GulfLink's strength lies in locating hard-to-find products, spare & repair parts, and products not readily available in your local markets.
- Research - We attend annual conferences and exhibitions in the U.S. to stay in tune with the latest innovations in this rapidly changing Industry. GulfLink was once a regular Exhibitor at both Gitex Dubai and Gitex Egypt. Although we have been absent for the past few years, we have future plans on traveling back as an Attendee.
- Warranty & Repairs - GulfLink stands behind the quality of each product we distribute. In the event of an unfortunate warranty claim, GulfLink will assist and coordinate the return for repair or replacement with the vendors. If an out-of-warranty repair is required we have excellent relations with certified technicians to properly diagnose and remedy the problem. GulfLink will be your voice.

Message from the President of GulfLink Services International, Inc. (GSI):
GulfLink has been active in the Middle East and Africa since 1980 and supports many local businesses and clients with a variety of products and services.
Jack Kline is the president of GSI. Jack previously was responsible for starting Gulf Stars Computer Systems in Saudi Arabia and securing distribution of Novell products in Saudi Arabia and ultimately throughout the Middle East. Jack and his family lived in Saudi Arabia for ten years. During this time a strong commitment was made to Novell to market their products throughout the Middle East and establish a reliable and dedicated dealer network. Today, this network relies heavily on GSI for purchase order support, research on emerging technology, and liaison with manufacturers and vendors. GSI bridges the time and workweek difference with the Middle East (10-11 hours from California & a Saturday-Wednesday workweek).
